Anthony Regis – Managing Director

Anthony began his career in Structural and Civil Engineering in 1992, after spending several years in the Engineering design of various towers throughout Melbourne CBD, Anthony moved into project management of various large scale projects. Clarendon Towers which Anthony was the Senior Engineer and Project Manager was awarded the prestigious ASCEV Presidents award for Engineering Excellence. In August 2000 Anthony started his career in the Self-Storage industry and in 2003 Anthony began the Regis Construction Group. Anthony currently holds the position of Managing Director of the Regis Construction Group and is a major shareholder in two storage facilities in Melbourne. In addition to his Engineering and Business qualifications, Anthony is a registered commercial builder in Australia and New Zealand.

Ken Snow - Project Development Manager

Ken, started his working life as a Fitter & Turner with additional qualifications in industrial pneumatics and fluid power technology, which lead to him carrying out technical roles within a number of companies. This hands on experience benefited him enormously, when in 1999 a technical sales role opportunity arose within a company that provided lifts to the Self Storage Industry. As well as fulfilling the role of Sales Manager, Ken also Project Managed key projects around the country.

Ken currently holds the position of Project Development Manager within the Regis Construction Group which allows him full involvement from initial contact with the prospect to hand over of the completed project.

Dean Bell – New Zealand Manager

Dean has been our New Zealand manager for all New Zealand projects since 2006. Dean came to our company with a history of commercial construction and project management work, having spent over 15 years in the self-storage industry, both in New Zealand and Australia.

His past experience as an owner operator gives him a unique understanding of the self-storage industry, which allows him to assist our clients in all aspects of the design and construction process. This often allows him to help clients make many smaller changes and modifications to plans and facility layouts during the design process, that in turn dramatically improve the overall operation of the completed project.

Dean has a wealth of experience in structural and fire related engineering specific to the self-storage industry. As a result we undertake many larger construction jobs, handling all site, civil, and structural work for new builds. We can project mange your job, taking it from site selection and concept design, through to council planning, consent and construction.

Having a permanent New Zealand based manager allows us too more efficiently serve the New Zealand storage market. Dean’s commercial construction experience allows us to greatly improve our on-site project management and provide greater ongoing sales and support for our clients.
