Structural Floor Systems

Regis Construction Group mezzanine floor systems are designed exclusively for the Self Storage Industry. The design of the floor provides a cost effective installation in new buildings as well as making it easy to add additional floors to existing buildings.

Floors can be constructed over one or two levels & are engineered to suit the specific building structure that they will be installed in. Fire protection can also be applied easily to the floor system if required.

The high tensile steel bearer and joist system utilises cold-formed technology in combination with either plywood or particle board flooring to provide a minimum 5kpa floor rating. Posts & bearers are manufactured from heavy walled Duragal RHS tubing with the choice of “Top hat” profile or RHS tubing floor joists (Both types deliver the same floor load rating).

The lightweight design allows the complete floor system to be installed without the need for any cranes or specialised lifting equipment which means erection time & cost savings compared to high span systems.

Regis also provide high strength hot dipped galvanised stair & balustrade systems with fully sealed risers. Combined with our mezzanine floor system we are confident of providing you with the most cost effective structural floor system available.
